Schedule: Monday–Friday, 09:00 – 18:00
Salary: $600 base + up to $300 performance bonuses
About the Company
We are an international company specializing in the production and distribution of high-quality vitamin and mineral complexes. Our focus is on making health products accessible and easy to integrate into daily life.
We operate across multiple countries with local production, logistics, and delivery systems.
Responsibilities
• Organize and coordinate daily delivery operations
• Plan and optimize courier routes and delivery schedules
• Monitor order status (confirmed, in transit, delivered, returned)
• Communicate with couriers, operators, and delivery partners
• Work with Google Sheets / Excel, CRM, or logistics systems
• Track and analyze delivery performance (timing, success rate, returns)
• Resolve delivery issues and exceptions
• Ensure service quality and compliance with delivery standards
Requirements
• 1+ year of experience in logistics, dispatching, or delivery coordination
• Strong understanding of last-mile delivery processes
• Confident user of Excel / Google Sheets
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multitasking environment
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• High responsibility, attention to detail, system-oriented mindset
Nice to Have
• Experience with courier services or in-house delivery teams
• Experience with Cash on Delivery (COD)
• Background in e-commerce or food delivery
