The Bilingual Key Account Executive will serve as the primary strategic link between the production company and our clients in the United States. The goal is not only to maintain and strengthen relationships with the current client portfolio, but also to proactively identify and win new high-budget clients. We are looking for a highly autonomous and organized professional who takes full ownership of campaigns and strategies as if they were their own, and who has impeccable English skills to lead sales presentations, gather requirements, and act as the ideal intermediary between client needs and our creative and production teams.
PROFILE OF A KEY ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
We are seeking a professional with strong executive presence, charisma, and exceptional virtual communication skills. The ideal candidate is proactive, disciplined, goal-oriented, and possesses sharp critical thinking. They combine the empathy required for strong public relations with the commercial firmness needed to close significant deals.
POSITION DUTIES:
• Account Management & Retention: Serve as the main point of contact for current U.S. clients, deeply understanding their questions and requests, managing them efficiently, and clearly communicating technical and creative requirements to the A360 team.
• New Business Development: Proactively prospect, identify, and secure new high-profile business opportunities and clients, expanding the production company’s portfolio.
• Sales Presentations (Pitching): Lead sales meetings and presentations entirely in English, demonstrating confidence, knowledge of advertising marketing, and the ability to sell ideas and strategies.
• Strategic Mediation: Act as the communication bridge between the client and the production company, ensuring clients always feel heard, well-supported, and satisfied with the service, while resolving any friction with empathy and professionalism.
• Organizational Autonomy: Independently and efficiently manage your own schedule of meetings, follow-ups, and prospecting activities.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Native/fluent level of English and Spanish. (REQUIRED)
• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in similar roles, preferably at advertising agencies or production companies, managing clients with significant budgets and demonstrating success in winning new accounts.
• Deep understanding of creative and audiovisual production processes, as well as solid command of marketing and digital advertising concepts at an executive level.
• Proactive, responsible, disciplined, and results-oriented.
• Excellent presence and strong verbal and non-verbal communication skills for virtual meetings.
• High problem-solving ability, critical thinking, and results focus.
• Empathy and charisma for managing public relations.
• Own equipment: laptop, PC, microphone, webcam, and related tools. (REQUIRED)
• Full-time remote work.
• Excellent internet connection. (REQUIRED)
