All USA Franchises is the nation's leading, free-access franchise directory and full-service support network. We help franchisors and their respective franchisees strengthen their overall business via improved operations, online presence, and brand awareness through tailored services designed to support their success.Position Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Director of Franchise Marketing to join the All USA Franchises team and help franchisors and their franchisees grow through effective marketing strategies. The goal is to support franchise brands at every level, from helping franchisors attract new franchise buyers, to helping their franchisees increase brand and online visibility, generate more local leads, and convert more of those leads to sales.
The ideal candidate will have verifiable experience of at least 5 - 10 years in successful digital marketing and lead generation for franchise brands - at both the franchisor and franchisee level.

Position duties:
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote franchisors and their franchisees.
• Help franchisors and franchisees increase their online visibility and exposure.
• Identify and develop new marketing opportunities for franchise brands.
• Communicate with franchisors and their franchisees to understand their marketing goals and needs.
• Present marketing solutions and services to potential and existing clients.
• Assist with digital marketing campaigns, promotions, and other marketing initiatives.
• Help develop content and promotional materials for franchise listings and campaigns.
• Monitor marketing performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with franchisors and franchisees.
• Research franchise industry trends, competitors, and marketing opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, communications, campaigns, and follow-ups.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in franchise marketing.
• Understanding of digital marketing, lead generation, and online advertising.
• Native/fluent level of English and Spanish. (MANDATORY).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable communicating with business owners and franchisors.
• Ability to present marketing ideas and solutions professionally.
• Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented.
• Comfortable working independently as well as part of a team.
• Professional attitude and strong work ethic.
• Experience with social media, SEO, email marketing, and paid advertising.
