We're not looking for a marketer. We're looking for a growth driver. Someone who understands that a click is worthless without a conversion and that a beautiful website is just a pretty picture if it doesn’t sell.

At Cr3ativeGrowth, we build brands that are impossible to ignore, and you will be the engine that powers our clients' online sales. You'll manage digital campaigns, optimize their online stores, and dive deep into the data to turn insights into revenue. This isn't about just running ads; it's about building billion-dollar brands from the ground up.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

- Developing and executing data-driven marketing strategies that don't just attract customers, but create fans.
- Managing and optimizing e-commerce websites (Shopify, etc.) to ensure a seamless path from discovery to purchase.
- Planning and running relentless digital marketing campaigns across paid search, email, social media, and influencer channels.
- Implementing SEO strategies that make our eCommerce clients the first and only choice on Google.
- Analyzing campaign performance and website analytics, turning raw data into actionable strategies for growth.
- Conducting market and customer research to get inside the head of the target audience and uncover new opportunities.
- Working with our design and content teams to ensure every marketing effort is perfectly aligned with the brand's core message.

What We're Looking For:

- Proven experience in an eCommerce marketing role, with a track record of driving measurable sales growth.
- Deep expertise in digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, content marketing, and email marketing.
- The ability to analyze performance data and translate it into clear, effective strategies.
- Strong content creation skills—you know how to write copy that converts.
- Proficiency with e-commerce platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce. solutions.
- A relentless focus on the customer, with a passion for building brand loyalty.
- English Proficiency (C1-C2)

Bonus Points For:

- Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, HubSpot, GHL).
- A portfolio of successful paid ad campaigns on platforms like Meta or Google Ads.
- Experience in a fast-paced agency environment.
