REQUIREMENTS:
- Advanced English – Speaking
- Experience in Fine Dining Restaurant – Minimum 3 years as a bartender
- Preferable International experience
- Passion and love for cocktails
- Able to relocate – Doha, Qatar
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure customer satisfaction through promoting excellent service; respond to customer complaints tactfully and professionally
- Able to memorize the cocktail menu, answer questions, and make recommendations upon request.
- Able to create memorable experiences for the guests, the restaurant is considering “word of mouth marketing” is the most powerful ally
- Upselling – understanding the upselling techniques and use them when appropriate
- Communicate effectively with servers and the back of the house staff.
- Ensured high levels of guest satisfaction by delivering personal attention to customers.
- Attention to details – is the most important quality service that separates a fine dining restaurant from a casual location
