ROLE PURPOSEDrive the strategy, management, and optimization of digital channels and marketing automation (Website, Landing Pages, Webinars) to consistently generate Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs), through the creation and curation of valuable B2B content that positions GB Advisors as a Thought Leader in the software solutions and consulting services it offers (Monday, Freshworks, SSI/SIP) to grow the sales funnel and strengthen the brand’s digital reputation.
KEY RESPONSABILITIES
Content Strategy and Thought Leadership (Authority Building)
1. Develop and manage a comprehensive editorial calendar of technical content (Whitepapers, E-books, B2B Blogs, Case Studies) aligned with the sales cycle of key products and services (e.g., Monday, Freshworks, SSI/SIP).
2. Conduct advanced keyword research (SEO) to identify high-demand B2B topics and optimize all digital content for organic positioning and increased domain authority.
3. Collaborate with designers, consultants, and internal industry experts to produce relevant and technically accurate content that meets the needs of potential clients and stakeholders.
4. Implement and oversee quality control processes to ensure high-quality content and a robust editorial calendar that attracts a qualified audience to GB Advisors’ digital properties.
5. Contribute to the content strategy for online reputation management and Employer Branding, especially on professional platforms (e.g., LinkedIn), to attract and retain specialized talent.
Demand Generation and Automation:
6. Manage and optimize all marketing automation and lead generation tools (including data handling, list segmentation, and filtering).
7. Continuously optimize the conversion rate of website traffic into qualified leads by creating high-performing landing pages and valuable content offers.
8. Design and execute automated lead nurturing workflows via email and other platforms to mature Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and convert them into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).
9. Manage the Webinar platform and other digital events, ensuring their functionality and strategic use as tools for lead generation and brand positioning.
10. Oversee the operation of the Website and Chat to ensure a seamless user experience and effective data capture.
Analysis, Reporting, and Compliance:
11. Generate periodic reports and detailed data analysis on content strategy performance, ROI, and Cost per MQL, using digital analytics platforms to support strategic decision-making.
12. Evaluate, test, and implement new marketing platforms and features to ensure the achievement of business objectives.
13. Comply with and promote adherence to the organization’s established standards, policies, and procedures.
JOB PROFILE
EDUCATION LEVEL & EXPERIENCE
Education level: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 5+ years of experience in senior roles within marketing, communications, or public relations, with proven experience managing teams and leading cross-functional initiatives.
English level: Advanced (C1-C2)
